Ventus Sorter

 

It is used in retail, merchandising, e-commerce and textile to sort products after order picking. In the ventus sorter system, which can separate bagged products, envelopes and box products, the products are loaded by the operator from a single point or multiple feeding point. With barcode or RFID readers, product information is read from the product. According to the order list sent to the Ventus sorter system, the products are automatically sorted to the locations in the sorter sub-region.

Wheel Sorter

 

Wheel sorter systems, E-commerce, logistics warehouses etc. We install it to be used in the sorting of parcels, cases, envelopes and packaged type products at your facilities. Envelope, parcel, case type etc. loaded into the system at the feeding point. We read the information on the barcode label on the products with a barcode reader. We sort the products into locations with sorting units according to the order list coming from your Erp software. The system makes unidirectional or bidirectional decomposition according to the requirements.
Sorter channels are capable of separating 45' or 90' depending on the project and product progress. The wheel sorter system was designed modularly in the R&D department of Kıyas Technology. It can be easily added to the system as a module according to the project requirements and quickly integrated. These sensitive systems serve for long periods without the need for much maintenance. The main components in the wheel sorter system are produced in our facility.

Pop-Up sorter is used to sort products with boxes and case. They serve in production facilities and logistics warehouses. After reading the barcode or RF information of the products loaded with a single point feeding, sorting takes place according to the order list. Separation is done with a two-way 90' shot.
