Belt conveyors transport with PU, PVC, Rubber and Teflon belts depending on the application. Belt conveyors can provide one-way and two-way service. Quiet operation is an advantage compared to other transport conveyors. The linear movement of the products on it is provided by the transmission of the movement of the drive drum, which is moved by the drive unit, to the conveyor belt that is placed between the rollers.

Belt conveyors can also carry products with an inclination. With this conveyor, products are transported up to 27 degrees without any problems. In special needs, the carrying angle can be increased up to 38 degrees with the equipment to be added on the conveyor belt. Depending on the weight of the load to be transported, friction sheet or roller can be placed under the conveyor belt.

Depending on the project requirements, roller conveyors are also used in the transport of boxes, parcels, special carriers and packaged products. The product, is transported by the principle of linearly advancing the products by rolling the rolls. With O-Ring, chain or Poly-V belt power transmission managements, the drive power to the rollers with motion transmission is provided from the motor-reducer group. The distances between the roll axes vary according to the weight and dimensions of the products to be transported.

The roller conveyor designed for direct transport of products between two points with straight flow takes its movement from a single drive unit. In case of regional transportation and holding requirements between two points, each region receives its movement from a separate drive unit. Flow control is provided by smart control units. According to the usage conditions and project needs, the bodies are produced from sheet metal or aluminum material in standard modular structures.
